Valentines Day Rocky Roads

These Valentines Day Rocky Roads are a perfect desert for a special occasion with your loved one, especially on Valentines Day.

Easy Recipe

Serves 12



Ingredients:

400g milk chocolate;

80g softened unsalted butter;

1tbsp golden syrup;

350g crushed digestive biscuits;

200g mini marshmallows


Recipe:

1. Break 400g of chocolate into pieces and cut up 80g softened unsalted butter into small chunks and place in a heatproof bowl with 1tbsp of golden syrup. Fill a pan with some water and put on a gentle heat, whilst placing the heatproof bowl over the pan so it does not touch the water. Stir until smooth and lift the bowl out of the pan.


2. Crush 350g digestive biscuits up into small pieces and mix int a bowl with the melted chocolate and 200g mini marshmallows.


3. On a chopping board, take a heart shape cutter and fill it with rocky road mix and place onto a lined plate. Do this until all the mixture is used up.


4. Place in the fridge for 2.5 hours to chill.
