Whip up an easy tuna and sweetcorn pasta dish in less then 25 minutes that's perfect for a hot, summers day.

Ingredients:
220g Fusilli pasta;
200g drained tuna;
150g drained sweetcorn;
A handful of fresh basil leaves;
1tbsp ground black pepper;
Drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil;
Créme Fraîche;
Salad cream
Recipe:
1. In a large sauce pan, boil 220g of fusilli pasta for 12 minutes or until fully cooked. Once cooked, poor the pasta into a sieve and leave under cool water for around 5 minutes.
2. In a medium sized bowl, mix together 200g of drained tuna; 150g of drained sweetcorn; and 1tbsp ground black pepper together.
3. Sieve the pasta fully and mix in with the tuna and sweetcorn. Add as much créme fraîche and salad cream to your delight and enjoy.
