Ingredients:
4 sweet potatoes;
1tsp thyme herbs;
2tsp rock salt and rosemary;
2tbsp oil.

Heat the oven to 200º Fan - 220ºC - 425F - Gas Mark 7.
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut the ends off. Cut each potato into quarters and then into thin slices. In a mixing bowl, mix the sweet potatoes with thyme; oil; and rock salt and rosemary. Poor the sweet potatoes onto a baking tray and place in the oven at 200º Fan - 220ºC - 425F - Gas Mark 7 until they start to go brown and crispy.
Take out the oven and enjoy!
