These Rocky Road Bites are perfect as a quick snack for the day or as a delicious treat in a picnic in the park or at the beach.

Easy Recipe
Serves 30
Ingredients:
400g chocolate;
80g softened unsalted butter;
1tbsp golden syrup;
350g crushed digestive biscuits;
170g mini marshmallows
Recipe:
1. Line a cake tine or plastic box with foil or wrap.
2. Break 300g of chocolate into pieces and cut up 80g softened unsalted butter into small chunks. Place the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl with 1tbsp golden syrup. Fill a pan with 1/4 water and place the bowl over the pan so it doesn't touch the water. Stir the mixture until smooth ensuring it doesn't burn.
3. Mix together 350g crushed digestive biscuits and 170g mini marshmallows with the chocolate mixture.
4. Spoon the mixture into the tin or box.
5. Melt the rest of the chocolate in the heatproof bowl and drizzle over the top of the mixture.
6. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to chill.
7. Cut into pieces and serve!
