Poached eggs

Learn how to make easy poached eggs for breakfast, brunch or lunch.

Cook time: 3-4 minutes

Easy Recipe


Recipe:

1. Take a small mug and mould cling film round the inside of it.


2. Crack the egg into the mug and drizzle a small amount of oil in with the egg.


3. Join the tops of the cling film together and twist until no egg will be able to escape.


4. Fill a saucepan 2/3rds with water and bring to a gentle simmer.


5. Add the egg in cling film into the water and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
