What's better in the winter than having these delicious peanut butter and chocolate cookies with a cold glass of milk!

Makes 12
Ingredients:
1 egg;
150g sieved self-raising flour;
110g softened unsalted butter;
100g caster sugar;
100g brown sugar;
2.5 tbsp sieved cocoa powder;
pinch of salt;
150g chocolate chunks (white or milk);
70g peanut butter.
Recipe:
1. Heat the oven to 160°C Fan/180°C/Gas mark 4 and line 2 baking trays with baking parchment and leave to the side.
2. Beat 1 egg, 100g caster sugar, 110g softened unsalted butter, 100g brown sugar until light and fluffy, then fold in 150g sieved self-raising flour.
3. Add 2.5tbsp sieved cocoa powder, pinch of salt, 150g chocolate chunks (white or milk) and 70g peanut butter.
4. Spoon the mixture on the baking parchment and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 160°C Fan/180°C/Gas mark 4.
5. Take out the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes before eating!
