Mums very best Pat's Naughty Pudding

This delicious recipe from my Mum is flavoursome, creamy and delicious. Perfect for when guests are over.



Prep time: 20 minutes

Fridge time: Overnight + 1 hour

Easy Recipe

Makes 10



Ingredients:

250g milk chocolate;

1 pack off Maryland chocolate chip cookies (150g);

300ml whipped double cream;

300ml custard;

30g grated milk chocolate.



Recipe:

1. Place a small amount of water into a saucepan and place bowl on top of the saucepan so it rests just above the water level. Melt 200g of milk chocolate in the bowl and using a pack of Maryland chocolate chip cookies (150g) sandwich 2 cookies together at a time using all of the melted chocolate.


2. Place the cookies in a serving dish and melt another 50g of milk chocolate and drizzle over the top of the cookies.


3. Leave in the fridge overnight.


4. Take the dish out the fridge and leave for 15 minutes.


5. Then brake up the cookies in the smaller chunks. In a big mixing bowl, whip 300ml of double cream until it reaches stiff peaks and mix in 300ml of custard. Once done, pour over the crushed cookies and chocolate.


6. Leave in the fridge to cool for up to an hour, then grate 30g of milk chocolate over the top
