Ingredients:
8 meringue nests (100g);
300ml whipped double cream;
250g freshly washed raspberries;
Strawberry sauce.
Recipe:
1. In a large bowl crush 8 meringue nests into quarters and gently mix in 300ml of whipped double cream which has been reached till stiff peaks.
2. Slowly fold in 250g freshly washed raspberries.
3. Spoon the mixture into 5 serving bowls and leave in the fridge for at least an hour.
