Classic Crêpes



This basic and easy crêpe recipe is a perfect recipe for either sweet or savoury filling.

Easy Recipe

Serves 8


Ingredients:

100g sieved self-raising flour;

250ml semi-skinned milk;

pinch of salt;

2 eggs


Recipe:

In a mixing bowl whisk together the eggs and the semi-skimmed milk. Once fully mixed, fold in the self-raising flour and salt.


Heat up a frying pan at medium heat and drizzle with some oil. Using a label, pour part of the pancake mixture into the pan. Cook the pancake on one side for a minute and either using a knife or a spatula, flip the pancake and cook the other side for 45 seconds.


Slide the pancake out of the pan and either serve straight away or stack the pancakes into a plate.
