Ingredients:
57g softened unsalted butter;
275 sieved all purpose flour;
100g chocolate chips;
380g brown sugar;
1tbsp vanilla extract;
2 eggs;
1 tsp salt;
1tsp sieved baking powder.
Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 165º Fan - 185ºC - 350F - Gas Mark 4 and line a baking tray with baking parchment.
Blend the butter and sugar for 2 minutes or until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla extract, 2 eggs, the salt, and the sieved baking powder until fully mixed. Fold in the sieved all purpose flour and the chocolate chips. Blend until fully blended.
Separate the mixture to make the cookies and bake the cookies in the oven at 165º Fan - 185ºC - 350F - Gas Mark 4 for 15 minutes.
Enjoy warm or leave to fully cool.
