This scrumptious Cadburys Extremely Chocolatey Three Tier Chocolate Cake is perfect for special occasions, especially on your sisters 17th Birthday! A great way of celebrating the 3rd of October 2020!!!

Ingredients:
300g sieved self-raising flour;
300g caster sugar;
3tsp baking powder;
60g sieved cocoa powder;
8tbsp boiling water;
300g softened unsalted butter;
6 large eggs
Ingredients for the Toppings:
800g cadburys already made chocolate icing (2 pots);
Cadburys chocolate of your choice;
Star cake decorations;
White or milk chocolate fingers;
Recipe:
1. Heat the oven to 185°C Fan/200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6, and line three 19cm (diameter) sandwich cake tins.
2. In a large bowl, cream together 300g caster sugar and 300g softened unsalted butter. Then beat in 6 large eggs and 8tbsp boiling water.
3. Whisk in 300g sieved self-raising flour, and 3tsp baking powder until smooth. Stir in 60g sieved cocoa powder until chocolatey.
4. Evenly pour the mixture between the three lined sandwich cake tins and place in the oven at 185°C Fan/200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
5. Take out the oven and leave to cool.
Recipe for the Topping:
6. Once cool, take a bowl of boiling water and place a spatula in it and leave for 5 minutes.
7. Take 800g of cadburys already made chocolate icing and, using the spatula, sandwich the first two layers together using around 150g of the icing. Then sandwich the top layer on top using around 150g of the icing.
8. When sandwiched together, start icing the top of the cake using around 250g of icing. Then ice, the sides of the cake using the rest of the icing and leave to set for at least 30 minutes.
9. Take the star cake decorations and the white or milk chocolate fingers and place round the sides of the cake. Using cadburys chocolate of your choice, place the chocolate into your cake.
10. Leave to fully set, and serve!
